The staff at JAM is great. An item didn't make it into our take out order, and they called us to inform us of the error before we even noticed. Tommy is great, professional, and responsive. The food was delicious and clean. Thank you

Here’s a possible draft for your review:I called ahead to make a reservation for a party of 12 at 11am, and everything seemed fine when I booked. However, when we arrived, we were told the restaurant doesn’t open until 12pm. This was very frustrating, especially since the website states the restaurant opens at 10:30am. It seems there’s a lack of communication between the staff and the online information, which led to confusion and a poor experience for my group. Please make sure your hours are consistent and that reservations are properly handled to avoid situations like this in the future.

Water isn’t filtered , serving tap water is a crime. So is the automatic artificial fragrance they’re spraying on you as you walk in, and as you eat. Disgusting .
Went here coz it was one of the very few places opened after the winter snow Enzo and that was open late. The food was REALLY2x GOOD!!! I would definitely go back and try out their rice plate and the mason jar for the milk tea (which is a good sell coz you can bring the mason jar on your next visit and pay the price of a large). Their own-made chili oil and siracha sauce is good and has a unique flavor. This is one of the go-to spot for some good Vietnamese pho. Our waitress, Sylvia, was excellent! She was very friendly, recommended some to try on our next visit, and has good customer service.

I ordered the garlic noodles and added orange chicken. I think the two don't pair well but both delicious. For some reason they do not add the bell peppers to the noodles if you get orange chicken. If I knew that I wouldn't have gotten it and it doesn't say that on the menu. My friend got pho with chicken in beef broth which she said tasted amazing. The egg rolls were really good. The food was very affordable. I'll definitely be back!!

I visited this place a couple of days ago, and I really loved the atmosphere, it's a charming bar with festive Christmas decorations. We ordered the Com Tam (Broken Rice) and Shrimp Garlic Noodles after seeing so many positive reviews about them. The Com Tam was delicious, and the portion was quite large, but for the price, it's definitely reasonable, so no complaints there. The Garlic Noodles, on the other hand, were a bit of a mixed experience. I had them for breakfast, and in hindsight, that was probably not the best choice. They're incredibly buttery and oily, and I could barely finish a quarter of the plate. The flavor is fantastic, but I’d recommend saving the Garlic Noodles for dinner, it’s a bit heavy for the morning.

To me, this was a disappointment. In Houston, a place with so many good viet options, I'm not sure how this restaurant is rated so highly. Maybe for their drinks and churros? If that was the case, I messed up on what to order.I got the rib eye pho and the vietnamese pizza. The pizza was pretty good. 7/10, nice flavor, decent crunch from the rice paper. The pho was a complete let down. Maybe other people might like it, but it did not fit my palette at all. The beef was tough. The broth lacked that pho flavor punch. The noodles were short (refer to image).

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in the Houston area. Very up to par with Vietnamese restaurants in California. The only other Vietnamese place that tastes just as good as Hem. The service here is immaculate. Love the ambience and the design. Large and easy parking. Love the complementary shrimp chips. Menu was large and easy to read. Prices were very reasonable. The portion sizes it was amazing. Great flavor. Highly recommend it and I will come back.
