Went twice, and the phở broth has been consistently great.First time noticed there was a combo meal that was pretty decent and offered a nice discount if you grouped together a rice/noodle plate with an egg roll and fried egg added to it, and a drink (dine in only), so I took the Bún Thịt Nướng while my husband had a bowl of Phở Dặc BiệtSecond time we took advantage of the meal deal but with two phởs as the weather was much chillier then. The combo was filling enough, we ended up with leftover broth which was a great sipper for the trip back home. The spring rolls were fresh both times, and the sauce was definitely something they put together as it was much sweeter than I'm used to although that didn't stop me from clearing about half a bowl of it. Egg rolls have a nice crisp texture and satisfying filling, served with their piece of lettuce to prevent you from destroying the roof of your mouth.Only true complaint I have is that the fish sauce is also sweeter than I usually have experienced elsewhere, as it seems most of their sauces are made on the sweeter side in general (there's a spice paste on the table that also leans into sweet with tamarind paste)Table is self seating, and you go up to the register to pay. Service is nice and fast, and I believe that the owners stop by randomly to keep an eye on the place so that's good, as you'll know they're keeping tabs on things around the restaurant. Overall satisfied so far and will be coming back as it has been the only decently priced restaurant I could get warm spiced broth that's rich in savory flavors.
